An introductory guide to creating notes and bibliography entries in accordance with the 17th edition of the Chicago Manual of Style (2017).

 

 

NOTES ENTRY — Book in a New Edition

 

    USED FOR:

  • Citing an edition of a book other than the first edition (new, revised, enlarged, expanded, 2nd, 3rd. etc.).


    GUIDANCE:

Place the edition statement after the book's title.


    EXAMPLES:
