Libraries have always recommended linking to records using the permanent link. Please review any record links you have on websites, in D2L, in syllabi, in Powerpoints, etc to verify they resolve to the permanent link.
Libraries will redirect links from the previous catalog and journal finder until September ?? After that day, you will receive a dead link notice.
The option to create a permalink is available for items in the library catalog. To bookmark a permalink, select the link that reads "Permanent link to this record" that appears above the title.
With our new library system, you can use the URL at the top of the browser window, OR you can click on Permalink to get a shortened URL.
